第一次使用仪器

The first use of the instrument

1）把软件打开， 保证0.3米积分球和1.5米积分球是关闭状态，积分球内不能放任何光源。

2）点击软件上面清零 ok 等待此任务即可

开启检测设备

Opening test equipment

开启配电机柜总电源，开关位置为：机柜中间面板的左侧船型开关；

开启机柜内部各个仪表的电源（功率计、稳压变频电源） ；

Power supply (power meter, voltage regulated power supply) for various instruments in the cabinet;

开启直流电源；

Open DC power supply;

1.5米积分球的校准测量步骤

1.5 meter measuring steps

运行桌面1.5米球的测试软件（确认桌面0.3米球的软件已经关闭）；

Test software running 1.5 meters of the table, the software has been closed down for 0.3 meters;

在1. 5米球内装入50W标准光源;

50W standard light source in the 1.5 meter ball;

切换机柜右侧的船型开关到1.5米积分球;

保持机柜中间面板的中间转换开关到“DC/直流”;

在软件上点进入界面把电压 电流 流明  色温 设置好，数据已标准灯为准。

数据设置好后，点亮标准光源（标准灯需要预热5分钟时间）

标准光源点亮后，直接点校准，预热时间过后会出现一个山峰曲线图谱后，点击保存退出

After the standard light source is illuminated, it will be calibrated directly. After the preheating time, there will be a map of the peak curve. Click Save and exit

等待校准完成后再点击“开始测试”；查看对比结果。

1.5米积分球校准定标完成。

等待2分钟，确认标准光源已经冷却，取下标准光源，放入灯盒中；开始测试贵公司的产品

如果产品是交流的话关闭稳压直流，开启变频测试电源。

Close the regulator DC, open the power supply of variable frequency test.

转换机柜中间面板的中间转换开关到“AC/交流”

点亮被测灯具，点击“开始测试”

0.3米积分球的校准测量步骤

0.3 meter measuring steps

运行桌面0.3米球的测试软件（确认桌面1.5米球的软件已经关闭）；

在0.3米球内装入10W标准光源；小球软件

Load 10W standard light source within 0.3 m ball;

切换机柜右侧的船型开关到0.3米积分球

点亮标准光源

Light standard light source

标准光源点亮后，稳定5分钟； 软件操作跟大球一样。

Standard light source, stable for 2 minutes;

点击开始测试，查看对比结果。

Click to start the test to see the contrast results.

点击“仪器校准”按钮，选择“光谱校准”，选择“色温光通量校准”；输入标准色温，标准光通量;点击“校准”。等待校准完成后再点击“开始测试”；查看对比结果。

等待2分钟，确认标准光源已经冷却，取下标准光源，放入灯盒中；

将被测LED放入相应的专用LED夹具，然后放入到0.3米积分球侧面开口处，固定好，夹具有（卤钨灯，大功率1W，3528,5050,3014等）；

Will be measured LED into the corresponding special LED fixture, and then put into the 0.3 meters of the integral ball side openings, fixed, with (halogen tungsten lamp, high power 1W, 352850503014, etc.);

调节直流恒流电源，点亮被测LED；

Adjust the DC constant current power supply, light is measured LED;

点击“开始”按钮，等待测量完成（光谱及电参数会自动完成测试）；

Click "start" button and wait for the measurement to finish (the spectrum and the electrical parameters will be automatically finished testing);

点击“保存”按钮，记录下原始数据文件；

Click the Save button to record the raw data file;

导出PDF测试报告，过程：点击“文件”—“导出”—“PDF”；

Export PDF test report, process: click the "file" - "export" - "PDF";

重复13）到19）测量下一个被测灯；

Repeat 13) to measure the next measured light by 19;
